Gi Group is excited to be recruiting for an Operations Agent to join our client's dynamic team in Exeter. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to establish and grow their career in the thriving Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain industry.

As an Operations Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate processing and movement of shipments while maintaining compliance with safety, security, and operational standards within an office environment. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about logistics, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Operations Agent responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring precise scanning, organisation, and readiness for delivery
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient functioning of the service centre
- Assist with the coordination of inbound and outbound operations, including overseeing export truck departure processes
- Perform inspections in accordance with regulatory requirements (training and certification will be provided)

Operations Agent required skills:
- Excellent attention to detail paired with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in computer usage including data entry and imaging
- Previous experience in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain or within an office environment is desirable

Operations Agent Pay:
- £13.01 per hour
- OT £19.52 per hour

Operations Agent Shifts available:
- Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 19:00
