Gi Group is excited to be recruiting for an Operations Processor to join our client's dynamic team in Exeter. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to establish and grow their career in the thriving Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain industry.

As an Operations Processor, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate processing and movement of shipments while maintaining compliance with safety, security, and operational standards. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about logistics, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Operations Processor responsibilities:
- Load vans overnight using postcode identification to allocate shipments to the correct shelf within the vehicle.
- Scan shipments accurately and process them efficiently within challenging time frames.
- Sorting parcels into correct delivery locations and postal codes to ensure timely deliveries
- Load and offload palletised material while ensuring careful handling of shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
- Follow all legislative health, safety, and security procedures.

Operations Processor required skills:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge and understanding of manual handling techniques.
- Physically capable of performing the requirements of the role.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Able to provide 5 years of work/education history for security clearance.
- DBS check required (can be provided if required).

Operations Processor Pay:
- £12.50 per hour
- OT £18.75 per hour

Operations Processor Shifts available:
- Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 19:00
Or
- Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 19:00
