Class 2 Driver - Burton

Gi Group is recruiting reliable Class 2 Drivers to join the transport team of a well-known local freight operator. If you deliver safely, work efficiently across varying routes and provide excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key details

• Location: Burton
• Shifts: Monday to Friday
• Pay: £15.68 per hour

What we need

• Category C licence, DIGI and CPC card
• Minimum 12 months' experience driving Class 2 vehicles
• Clean driving record (no more than 6 penalty points, subject to endorsement codes)

Main responsibilities

• Safely deliver palletised loads to multiple customer locations
• Occasionally operate 7.5t vehicles when required
• Adhere to company health & safety standards at all times
• Provide professional, customer-focused service

Skills and attributes

• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines independently
• Comfortable operating Class 2 vehicles across different sites and routes
• Basic computer literacy and strong customer service manner
