About the Role:

We are seeking hands-on Production Operatives to support our bakery operations across two sites. This is a physically demanding role, ideal for candidates looking for a challenge and eager to be an integral part of a busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lifting up to 30kg repeatedly throughout the shift
• Operating within bakery production lines
• Working in ambient and fluctuating temperature environments
• Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards
• Supporting the team with cleaning and general duties

The Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable with regular heavy lifting and manual work
• Willing to get hands dirty—no two days are the same
• Adaptable to varying shift needs across both Iver and Park Royal sites
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Able to work up to 6 days a week, Sunday to Friday
