We are looking for a skilled and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our diverse team in Atherstone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and accurately handling the day-to-day operations of a warehouse environment.

Shift: 4 on 2 off - 06:00 start
Pay: £13.10PH rising to £14.56 after 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders with attention to detail and accuracy
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space
- Adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Working in ambient environment

Skills and Qualifications
- Ideall candidate will have experience with LLOP / FLT
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
- Live local to Athoerstone or have own transport to get to site
