Our client in Basingstoke who are going through an exciting growth period due to being a start-up business beginning of this year are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their hard-working team and help push their growth to the next level.

*You must be able to speak fluent Spanish for this role*

Salary £35k per annum

* Monday - Friday
* 8am-4pm (some flex required)
* Enhanced Pension
* Working within a family feel business
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays

Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaising with customers on their online ordering platform
* Supporting the UK operations team
* Liaising with the South American Customer Service holdings team
* Support the on boarding of new vendors
* Manage existing accounts/customers
* Resolving queries raised by book delivery customers

Requirements
* Fluent Spanish speaking
* Customer service experience
* Zendesk experience
* Ability to accurately record data
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
