Our client based in Basingstoke are currently looking for a Van Driver to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

They are a well-established business offering a great opportunity to work within a brilliant team and really contribute towards helping them work towards year goals. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and multidrop van driving experience is essential.

Shift pattern and pay rate:

Monday to Friday - 6AM-2.30PM

£13.50 per hour

Temporary ongoing

The role:

* Unloading large and heavy packages from van
* Delivering to clients (up to 15 drops a day)
* Compile and load various packages before they are delivered.
* Electronic Proof of Delivery sign off.
* Adhering to health and safety requirements.
* Customer facing, resolving queries/concerns.
* Handle goods in a careful and responsible manner.

Skills and Attributes required:

* Versatile and flexible.
* Multidrop Van driving experience essential.
* Long wheelbase driving experience.
* Experience using Electronic Proof of Delivery device.
* Basic Computer Literacy.
* Communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Heavy lifting up to 25 kg.
* Good ability to read and write.
