B2B Marketing Manager - Responsibilities

Strategy and Expertise

  • Develop and execute a targeted B2B marketing strategy that aligns with sales focus and delivers tangible results.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across local businesses and our parent holding company in various international markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging by aligning brand focus and delivery with international teams.

Content and Collateral

  • Lead the creation of SEO-optimised copy for our website and social channels.
  • Create engaging and topical whitepapers for lead generation.
  • Manage internal and external communications regarding business updates.
  • Work with third-party suppliers to create and deliver high-quality branded merchandise for branches and events.
  • Collaborate with internal HR and recruitment teams on Employee Branding content and messaging.

B2B Lead Generation

  • Optimise and build out engaged client target lists using current automation systems and CMSs.
  • Develop workflows and automated nurture journeys to drive qualified leads into the business.
  • Identify audience personas and build highly relevant, multi-channel target audiences.

Reporting

  • Report on activities and compare results against KPIs and ROI metrics (such as Cost-per-lead and Sales ROI).
  • Manage budgets accurately across various channels and activities to ensure valuable leads are driven to sales teams.
  • Utilise website analytics and native systems like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email systems for reporting.

B2B Marketing Manager - Skills

  • Strong B2B marketing background with at least 3 years of experience in driving B2B marketing and a demonstrable track record of developing and implementing offline and online marketing strategies.
  • Preferably experienced in the recruitment sector.
  • Experience in building brand recognition through PR.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders to acquire branded marketing assets, update physical office branding, and support events with marketing collateral.
  • Technical digital skills and experience in:
    • Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)
    • Social media platform management
    • Google AdWords, Meta Business Ads, and Google Analytics
    • SEO optimisation and tools (e.g., aHrefs, Moz)
    • Email software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Personable team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communicator with strong face-to-face and copy-writing abilities.
  • IT literate, with at least intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ideally Canva.
