Job Description
Our Client based in Bordon who are the UK's market leader in electropolishing and chemical surface treatment are looking for General Operatives to join there growing team on a temp-perm basis.
You will have the opportunity to learn new skills within each section of the factory including Pickling, electropolishing, automation, dry room and packing so you understand the full cycle of treatment and coating of metals.
Salary & Benefits
* Monday- Friday 07:30 - 16:00
* £12.21 per hour - weekly pay
* Full training and PPE Provided
* Temp-perm opportunity
* Training provided for Crane operation & Forklift (after probation)
Duties
* Working within different stations including pickling, electropolishing, automation and packing (Cleaning & maintenance of metals)
* Working with hazardous chemicals and substances in a controlled setting ensuring correct PPE is worn at all times
* Working independently as well as within a team
* Handling documents/paperwork ensuring each order is signed off according to company policy.
* Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport
* Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas
* Learning new processes and regulations within treatment/surface chemical engineering
