Gi Group are recruiting for our exciting and growing client, which is an established leader in the motor wholesale industry. We are looking for the ideal Parts Advisor/Customer Service Executive to join their team in Filton - Bristol. The ideal applicant would like to progress within the business in a Temp to Perm role within a friendly office based environment.
Pay: £11.44 - £12.17 per hour, depending on experience
Hours:
* Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
* Friday: 8.30am - 5pm
Location: Filton (BS34)
Start date: ASAP
Temp to Perm Role
Full Training provided - parts experience not required


As a Parts Advisor/Customer Service Executive, you will be fielding incoming queries from customers, processing orders, handling basic cataloguing enquiries and working in a busy, proactive team managing the daily functions of the internal sales team. Basic Sales Analysis and internal reporting will also be required.

Duties:

* Answering a large volume of incoming calls
* Pro-active and enthusiastic when dealing with all customers enquiries
* Accurately raising quotations for price and availability on turbochargers
* Taking sales orders over the telephone or via email and processing them in a timely and accurate manner
* Acquiring and maintaining a good level of product knowledge in order to advise customers correctly

Requirements:

* High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
* Ability to prioritise own workload.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience of Microsoft Office applications, and ideally the Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
* An administrative or customer services background.
