Are you enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service and helping customers find exactly what they need? Gi Group is seeking a friendly, initiative-taking, and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to work with our client, the UK's leading supplier of work clothing.

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:
* Accurately inputting, updating, and managing information into computer systems and databases
* Addressing issues as they arise in a professional and courteous manner
* Respond and complete work orders on time
* Accurately inputting, updating, and managing information into computer systems and databases
* Working directly with customers by answering their phones calls and emails


Customer Service Advisor required skills:
* Confident using systems and databases
* Good attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication
* Previous customer service experience is not required, but a confident and friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential

Customer Service Advisor Pay:
* £12.35 per hour

Customer Service Advisor Shifts available:
* Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00

Customer Service Advisor benefits:
* Free on-site parking
* Regular working pattern
* Weekly pay
