Location: Hybrid Based in Yorkshire - supporting branches across Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £49,000 plus car allowance, uncapped commission and great benefits

We're growing in Yorkshire - and we need a confident, proactive Business Development Manager to lead on securing new industrial clients. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, building trust with businesses, and helping deliver flexible workforce solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the industrial recruitment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with branches to maximise client engagement and revenue potential.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Foster long-term client partnerships to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
