Hours of work: 08:00 - 18:00
Length of contract: Temp to Perm

Gi Group are currently recruiting an Operations Agent to join our well established client in Carlisle

Duties of an Operations Agent will include :

- Provide administrator and operation tasks, necessary to ensure the correct functioning of the Service Centre.
- Respond to all queries in accordance with company standards.
- Manage day to day work load seeking support where required.
- Adhere to all company procedures.

Requirements:
* Able to provide 5 years work history
* DBS is required but can be provided (this can take up to two weeks)

The ideal Operations Agent will have :

- Excellent communication skills
- Good planning and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with an ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Microsoft Office experience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- An enthusiasm and passion to deliver the best service at all times
