Location: Cheltenham, Gloucester
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Shifts: Rotating - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Contract: Full-time, temp to perm
Overtime: Available
Opportunities: Progression into higher-paid areas

Are you looking for a stable, hands-on role in a warehouse or production environment?

We're recruiting for Warehouse/Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established site in GL51. This is a physical role that involves repetitive tasks, so it's ideal for someone who enjoys keeping active during the workday.

Key Responsibilities:
* Packaging products efficiently
* Carrying out general warehouse duties
* Handling items up to 10kg regularly (some departments may require lifting up to 25kg)
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Working as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines

About You:
* Comfortable with physical, repetitive work
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
* Willing to work rotating shifts
