What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
- Build standout client relationships - through regular calls, face-to-face meetings, and savvy use of social media.
- Drive new business like a pro - spot opportunities, pitch with confidence, and cross-sell across the wider GI Group brands.
- Smash your targets - meet weekly activity goals and consistently deliver on sales and gross profit.
- Know your numbers - stay on top of KPIs, manage your pipeline, and keep your CRM updated and accurate.
- Be a team player - get involved in briefs, contribute to team meetings, and share your knowledge to support others.
- Keep clients switched on - run review meetings, gather feedback, and breathe life back into dormant accounts.
- Stay ahead of the curve - bring fresh insights on market shifts, competitor activity, and local pay trends.
- Own your patch - take responsibility for growing your territory through consistent outreach and strategic targeting.
- Pitch with purpose - tailor your recruitment solutions to land with impact and deliver real value.
- Live the brand - show up with professionalism and energy - whether online, in person, or on the phone
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Proven sales track record - at least 1 year hitting (and smashing) targets in a recruitment setting, ideally within Industrial.
- Confident communicator - you know how to connect, influence, and close deals with impact.
- Natural negotiator - objections don't faze you; you know how to turn a "maybe" into a "yes."
- Commercially sharp - you get the numbers, and you know how to use them to drive performance.
- Born networker - whether it's online or face-to-face, you build relationships that stick.
