Monday to Friday, Choose from:
Day Shift 07:00 - 16:00

Night Shift 22:00 - 06:00

£11.72 - £12.22 per hour depending on experience
+£10 daily shift allowance on Night Shift

The Ideal Production Operative:

Production Operative required in CV7 Coventry - Bayton Road Industrial Estate
Monday to Friday, Choose from:
Day Shift 07:00 - 16:00
OR
Night Shift 22:00 - 06:00
Temp to Perm
£11.72 - £12.22 per hour depending on experience
+£10 daily shift allowance on Night Shift
The Role
- Working in a busy and manufacturing facility
- Working with wooden panels, joists and boards
- Working to targets
- Operating various machinery, such as saws, CNC, paint sprayers
- Using hand and air tools to assembly wooden elements
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- General warehousing and storage prep duties
The Ideal Production Operative:
- Must be comfortable working within a production environment, the working environment is noisy (ear protection is provided)
- Must be able to comfortably lift 25KG, as this is the weight of some of the products you would be working with.
- A positive 'can do' attitude to work and willingness to learn
- Local to CV7 or happy to travel
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines
