Our Client Pilgrims Europe in Enniskillen are one of the largest food manufacturers in Europe and we are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for their factory.

Pick a shift that suits you

Hours - Day shift 6.30am - 3pm pay £12.21ph - 39 Hours per week
Evening Shift 3pm - 11pm pay £14.04ph - 39 Hours per week
Night Shift 11pm - 6.30am pay £15.38ph - 39 Hours per week

The Role of a Production Operatives at Pilgrims Enniskillen - Working on an assembly line in a clean environment

* Packing, stacking and other general production duties
* Working towards targets set
* Visual inspection and quality checking
* General housekeeping/cleaning of production and packing area

Production Operative required skills:

* You will need an eye for detail, as you will need to be checking the quality of the product, and removing any defective items where necessary.
* Be aware and observe all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental best practice standards at all times.
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
* Good attitude to work and learn new skills
* Driven and motivated to achieve targets set
* Visual inspection and quality checking
* General housekeeping/cleaning of production and packing area
* Part of your role as a Production Operative will also include completing paperwork to high standard due to audit checks.
* Previous experience of working in a production/warehouse environment would be desirable, but this is not a requirement, as full on the job training will be given for the role.
