Part-Time Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor / Featherstone / £14 - £16 per hour (DOE)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time HSE Advisor to join our team on a temporary 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental practices, particularly in conducting and reviewing risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
Risk Assessments
- Conduct and review risk assessments across various departments.
- Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend control measures.
- Ensure assessments are up-to-date and effectively implemented.
Policy & Procedure Development
- Assist in drafting and updating HSE policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Compliance Monitoring
- Perform audits and inspections to ensure adherence to HSE protocols.
- Report non-compliance and suggest improvements.
Training & Awareness
- Support the creation and delivery of HSE training materials.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, audits, and training.
- Prepare regular HSE performance reports for management.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Contract: Temporary - 6 Months
Hours: Part-Time (Mon, Weds, Fri - Flexible)
