Salary: £13.55 day shift / £14.63 night shift

Working hours: 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

About Us:
We are recruiting for a growing manufacturing and distribution company in Kettering. We are looking for motivated Counterbalance Drivers to support the growth of this company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading lorries
• Breaking down pallets
• Sortation
• Shrink wrapping
• Manual handling
• Moving pallets from the racking around the warehouse

Requirements:

• Must have a counterbalance license - can be in house
• Reliability
• Good experience operating the forklift
• Great attention to detail
