Summary

• GI Pro are recruiting for a Bench Hand Joiner / Fitter on behalf of our established Joinery client based slightly north of Leicester City Centre
• This role is working a day shift 7am - 4pm Monday - Thursday with a mid-day finish on Friday
• Offering a 40-hour paid week
• Overtime paid at an enhanced rate

The Employer:

• This company specializes in the manufacture of retail and interior displays

The role:

• Manufacturing bespoke joinery products used in offices, receptions, hotels, shops, schools etc.
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Using hand and power tools, CNC Routers and associated Joinery machinery
• Working with hard woods, metals, glass, solid surfaces, acrylics etc.
• Varied work on offer
• 90% will be on the shop floor. 10% shop fitting
• Fitting is national and done on the day

Candidate

• Will be an experienced Bench Joiner that is happy to fit on site
• Will have own tools
• Driving license is advantageous
