Class 1 Driver Duties Overview:

* Delivering pallets mostly to supermarkets.
* Manual hand ball included.
* You must adhere to all road safety regulations and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Shifts and Hours:

* Monday to Friday (weekend work available)
* Start Times: 17:00 pm - 20:00 pm
* 10-12 h shift

Rates of Pay:

* Monday to Friday - £20.17 per hour (Advance Holiday Pay)
* PAYE ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

* Driver must do all pre-driving checks
* Goods will need to be checked against a delivery note
* Some goods are high value and particular attention needs to be paid to these when
delivering. This includes not leaving the vehicle open or unattended when delivering.
* You must always remain professional.
* Compliant / safe delivery of our client's products to their customers nationwide
* Any problems must be communicated to the office / managers as and when they
arise.


Class 1 Driver requirements and skills:

* You MUST be in possession of a HGV Class 1 license (1 Years min), and valid Driver CPC & DIGI Cards
* Must have 1 years HGV Class 1 check-able work history.
* No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no BA/CD/CU/DR/DD/IN offences please)
* Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, and resilient - are welcomed attributes in this role.
