Your responsibilities are as follows:-

HR Administration Support:
* Manage employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in HR systems.
* Assist with the preparation and processing of HR documentation such as employment contracts, employee change forms and termination documents.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
* Manage the employee lifecycle e.g. Onboarding, Leavers, Changes in terms and conditions of employment, Transfers, Offboarding etc, whilst ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
* Support employee data management (e.g., updates to employee records and status changes).
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
* Assist in the administration of payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions and accurate data inputs.
HR Systems and Reporting:
* Maintain HR data integrity in HR systems by regularly updating employee records and making data corrections as necessary.
* Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports for HR team
* Manage monthly employee survey reports
Project Support:
* Assist with HR projects as needed, such as new process rollouts, employee surveys, or training initiatives.
* Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the People Services team to streamline processes and enhance employee experiences.

Essential skills required:-

Previous experience (1-3 years) in an HR administrative or support role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
It would be desirable if you have experience with SAP, ServiceNow, Protime, SD Works or similar platforms.

This role can be 37.5 hours/week. 5 day/week, based around a Hybrid working model, where you would need to work in the London office 2 or 3 days each week. Therefore, it is necessary to live within commuting distance of our client's office.
