Retail Digital Channel Marketing and Success Manager / Remote / £21 per hour


Are you an experienced Retail Channel Marketing & Success Manager? Our client, a worldwide leader in online protection are seeking a passionate candidate to join their EMEA Channel Success team. As part of this dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition through one of their key retail partners: Amazon. Your focus will be on the joint end consumer in a B2B2C business model, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute strategies that generate revenue and acquire loyal customers for our security offerings through retail and digital partner channels, with Amazon as a prime partner.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage performance data to make informed decisions. Measure ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, eCPM, CPA, and CPC.
  • Localisation: Manage execution and upload of localized marketing materials on the Amazon platform via Vendor Central, PDPs, and IDQ checks.
  • Agency Collaboration: Work closely with Go-to-Market agency and Amazon AVS/Brand Specialists.
  • EMEA Integration: Align EMEA marketing strategies with retailers to drive online traffic to retail websites.
  • Insights and Analysis: Gather product and channel insights, analyse marketing programs, and incorporate learnings for growth and retention.
  • Asset Management: Keep sales tools up to date across McAfee repositories.
  • Strategic Influence: Lead through influence, persuasion, and data-driven decision-making.

Ideal Person

  • Experience: 5+ years in strategic and operational channel/retail marketing for consumer technology products.
  • Amazon Expertise: Proven results working with Amazon and associated services divisions.
  • Analytical Skills: Superb hands-on analytical abilities.
  • ROI Focus: Create marketing programs that increase revenue and drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Security Software: Familiarity with security software and online customer acquisition, especially on Amazon.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable managing large, complex change efforts.
  • Collaboration: Ability to co-create and work collectively with various business and technical teams.

This is a 6 month temporary maternity cover contract
