Qualifications:           NO ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
 
 
Skills:                          Good level of numeracy and literacy reporting, Ability to multitask is desirable and to work with colleagues to ensure continuity of work for packing operatives. The ability to manage staff and ensuring that all individual and departmental targets are achieved.
 
                                    Job also requires the ability to assist the Contract Packing Supervisor if requested to.

Hours of Work:        
Monday – Friday      07.30 to 16.30 40 hours per week
There is a requirement to work overtime when necessary.  Varying shift patterns may apply at certain times of the year.  Shift patterns are determined upon demand of business flexibility. 

Job Purpose:
To be responsible for working within a team of packing operatives in the Contract packing department. To ensure all tables are kept stocked with work and that all products are checked to be correct. To ensure all are fully aware of their job tasks and that all target checks required are achieved. To also be responsible for the housekeeping within your designated workspace in the Contract Packing area.  

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. To liaise with the Contract Packing Supervisor on a daily basis in regard to the work in hand.       .
 
  1. To store all products and packaging within your designated area in a sensible fashion ensuring that all space is managed both safely and effectively.
 
  1. To provide continual co-operation staff to optimise performance and to maintain a good working atmosphere within the department.
 
  1. To ensure of both the quality of each product packed and the output achieved on a regular basis– In the case that assistance is required it remains your responsibility to participate with colleagues to ensure output and quality are optimised.
 
  1. To work in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations and Lemonpath Limited Policies. To carry out any other duties deemed appropriate which may arise with the development of the Company.
