Are you an Administrator with experience within recruitment, payroll and general administration?

If so, this role could be for you!

Based in Lowestoft, this role pays £12 per hour and once trained, will involve working a shift pattern to include being on call every third weekend. Hours will be adjusted to suit business needs but will be between 35-40 hours a week.

You will support our on-site team with the following duties:

- Ensure all applicant records are maintained in accordance company procedures

- Accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll

- Managing emails and processing holiday / pay queries

- Recording and managing sickness /absence

- Managing and filing staff packs / keeping records up to date

- Uploading of new candidates onto Payroll system

- Conducting reference checks

- Assisting Account Co-ordinators with allocation of labour

- Assisting Account Co-ordinators with daily management of the workforce and issues raised

- Answering the phone

- Liaising with departments on site

- Willingness to develop and gain a further understanding of the Account Co-ordinator role.
