This is a great opportunity to join Gi Group and work for one of our Clients. The company products offers a dedicated range of over 30 timber products that are specific for industrial use and specifically graded for the garden buildings and bespoke milling services.


Production Operative Responsibilities:

• Working under instruction from Machinist or Shift Supervisor
• Assisting in day-to-day operations, cutting timber to size
• Ticketing and processing orders, assembling parts
• Skidding and stacking of packs
• Operating in-house machinery, including the shrink wrap machine

Production Operative required skills:

• Previous experience as a production operative is essential
• Driving license is required to get to the site
• FLT Counterbalance experience is essential, however not required
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
• Good attitude to work and learn new skills

Production Operative Pay:

• £12.19 per hour
• overtime rates up to £19.50

Production Operative Shift:

• Rotating weekly Am / PM Monday to Friday
• 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm
