Are you a talented catering professional with a passion for great food and people? This is your opportunity to lead dynamic school-based catering operations, designing nutritious, imaginative menus that energise young minds while managing a team across multiple locations.

What You'll Do
Lead and develop catering teams across several school sites

Design and deliver meals that meet and exceed national nutritional standards

Manage budgets, stock levels, and procurement with a focus on quality and value

Maintain compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and COSHH regulations

Train, support, and mentor catering staff to deliver excellent service

Promote catering services through effective marketing and presentation

✅ You'll Bring
NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent qualification)

Experience managing school-based or multi-site catering teams

Strong culinary and menu development skills

Confidence with budgets, reports, and performance targets

A customer-focused, proactive attitude and love for a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For
Experience within an educational or school setting

Familiarity with healthy eating initiatives for children

Ability to train others in safe, efficient use of kitchen equipment
