This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group and work for our Client as a Production Operative supplying the highest quality plants nationwide.
Production Operative responsibilities:
* Plant seeds in trays according to specified instructions
* Monitor and maintain seedlings, ensuring proper watering, fertilization, and pest control
* Assist with the layout and organisation of plants within the greenhouse
* Operate and maintain greenhouse equipment, including watering systems and climate control mechanisms
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient greenhouse operations
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
* Perform other duties as assigned by greenhouse management
Production Operative required skills:
* Enthusiastic, dependable, and punctual
* Good attitude to work
Production Operative Pay:
* £11.44ph
Production Operative Shift:
* Monday to Friday 7am - 4:30pm
*You must be able to work occasional Saturdays, when required*
Production Operative benefits:
* Weekly pay
