Salary: Basic pay £21,000 per annum with commission scheme and OTE of up to £26,000

Gi Group Scarborough are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and innovative company in the Property sector.
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join the team as an Affiliate Partnership Development Representative. Joining the sociable, supportive, and vibrant Education team, you'll be responsible for nurturing existing affiliate partner relationships and researching future opportunities, reaching out and building new relationships.
This newly created position allows you to make the role your own and add value wherever possible. You will receive full training on our existing affiliate marketing strategies and how we handle those relationships.

As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, your will require you to:
* Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network
* Negotiate and regularly review agreements with affiliate partners
* Build and nurture strong working relationships with affiliates
* Manage invoices to ensure timely payments from and to affiliates
* Support the team in achieving business income and expenditure targets
* Collaborate with other departments to improve affiliate marketing strategies

About you as the Affiliate Marketing Executive
* Experience in relationship management, preferably in the affiliate marketing industry
* A good understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team
* Strong organisational and time management skills

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm earning a salary of £21,000 with commission scheme and OTE of £26,000.
