OSI Food Solutions are seeking General Operatives to join their team on an ongoing, full-time basis, offering temporary to permanent contracts for the right individuals that show commitment through performance and attendance.

OSI Food Solutions is a global supplier of meat products supplying the world's leading food services and retail food brands offering training, development and prospects for employees that can demonstrate enthusiasm, hard-work and willingness towards duties required.


Rotating Shifts available:

Mornings; 7am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday
Afternoon / Evening; 3.30pm - 01.00am Monday to Thursday / 3.30pm - 7.30pm Friday

Pay rates:

£13.83 - £15.21 dependent on shift

Overtime is readily available over 40 hours and paid at;
Monday to Saturday - x1.5
Sunday - x2


General Operative Required Skills / Attributes:
✔ Previous experience in a production or packing role is desirable, but not essential.
✔ Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
✔ Enjoy/are capable of working in a chilled environment
✔ Be a team player
✔ Have the ability to manage instruction and support colleagues to achieve best possible results.
