Hours:
- 37 hours per week
- 4-day workweek (9.5 hours per day)

Role Description:
Zero sales involved - As a Outbound Tele-Researcher, you will contact students who have recently completed or withdrawn from courses at colleges or training providers to conduct short questionnaires. You will engage with individuals of all ages, some of whom may have limited English proficiency. Maintaining professionalism and politeness is essential, as the data collected is crucial for our clients' course improvements and funding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone surveys with professionalism.
- Achieve a target of 9-12 surveys per hour.
- Minimize call duration to meet KPIs.
- Participate in training and seek further development opportunities.
- Communicate openly with team members and clients.
- Uphold company values of client satisfaction, teamwork, and responsibility.
- Attend monthly performance meetings with your Line Manager.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: Between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (overtime as required)
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (overtime as required)
Expectations:

Adherence to standard working hours is expected unless otherwise agreed upon with your Line Manager.
