What You'll Be Doing:
* Conduct outbound phone surveys with professionalism, engaging with students who have completed or withdrawn from courses.
* Build rapport with individuals of all ages, including those who may have limited English proficiency, while maintaining a polite and respectful approach.
* Achieve a target of 9-12 surveys per hour while keeping calls concise to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Participate in training sessions and seek ongoing development opportunities to refine your skills.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
* Uphold company values, including teamwork, client satisfaction, and accountability.
* Attend monthly performance meetings with your Line Manager to track your progress and discuss goals.
