GI Pro have a Permanent role for a Refrigeration Fitter for our Tamworth based client
The role is a day shift Monday - Thursday: 7.45am - 5pm & Friday: 7:45am - 12pm
Offering a hourly rate of pay of up to £14.50ph - £16ph, with overtime paid at a premium
This is a permanent full-time contract

The company - Specialist manufacturer of corrosion test cabinets for automotive, aerospace, and other sectors.

The role: Refrigeration Fitter

• Mechanical fitting and assembly of refrigeration units and cooling systems
• Pressure testing of units and charging
• Brazing, soldering, and pipe bending of copper tube
• Electrical wiring of control panels. (Training can be given if electrical side is weak)
• Cladding and finishing of finished item
• Testing of finished equipment

The candidate:Refrigeration Fitter

• Mechanical or electrical fitting, Brazing, soldering, and pipe bending of copper tube
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and cooling systems both single and double stage is advantageous
• Ability to work to laid out instructions and to a planned time
• F Gas qualification
• Apprenticeship in Refrigeration engineering

• Holidays 20 plus 8 stats (accrue extra up to 25 depending on long term employment.)
• Bonus: - On time delivery (if the product goes out in 48hrs) £250-£300 per month
• Individual performance - extra 5 hours paid per month
• Quality bonus - £100 extra every 6 months
