This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group as we are seeking Skilled Machine Operatives for our client based in Hortonwood, Telford, TF1.


Skilled Machine Operator responsibilities:

* Testing products to ensure they meet the client's expectations
* Cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools for optimal operation
* Monitor material levels and feed the machines
* Unload the rolls off the machine
* Adhering to H&S and 5S procedures
* Wrapping ready products
* Emptying scrap bins
* Material checks to ensure the right ingredients are being used in the process
* Escalate any issues to management

Skilled Machine Operator required skills:

* Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
* Previous machine operating experience + 2 years
* Reliable and hard-working attitude
* Ability to work with the team
* Initiative and forward-thinking attitude


Skilled Machine Operator Pay:
* Rotation shift morning & afternoon £11.58, nights £17.37
* Panama shift days & nights £11.58, Saturdays £17.37 & Sun £23.16


Skilled Machine Operator Shift:
* Rotational shift week 1: 6am to 2pm, week: 2pm to 10pm & week 3: 10pm to 6am
* Panama shift: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on & 3 days off - 2 weeks of 6am to 6pm and 2 weeks of 6pm to 6am
