Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm (with 1hr unpaid break)
Salary: up to £45k per annum


Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both internal and external sales, with at least 3 years of experience negotiating terms and successfully closing deals. The role requires a proactive individual who is confident, results-driven, and unafraid to tackle new challenges, including cold calling and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
● Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and success.
● Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while driving new business.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

Desired Skills and Experience:
● Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, including negotiation and deal-closing.
● Proven success in internal and external sales roles.
● Ability and willingness to prospect new clients through cold calling and other methods.
● Freight forwarding experience is a plus but not mandatory.
● Languages: Speaking Polish, Romanian, or Lithuanian is an advantage but not essential.
