Cleaner Position
GI Group is seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our client's team in the Wallsend area. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in a controlled clean room environment, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and washing surfaces.
Maintain and operate clean room equipment, performing regular inspections to ensure optimal functionality.
Monitor and document clean room conditions to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Assist in the training of new cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to all protocols and procedures.
Interview Guy
Restock supplies and ensure all materials entering the clean room are properly sterilised.
Cleaning experience is essential.
Familiarity with cleaning procedures and protocols, especially in controlled environments, is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict hygiene standards.
Ability to handle and maintain cleaning equipment safely.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Working Hours:
Monday to Sunday, working 5 out of 7 shifts.
Various shifts
Total of 25-35 hours per week.
National Minimum Wage (NMW) and above, based on experience.
