Our Client based in Ware is looking for experienced Filling Operators to work within a renowned global Pharmaceutical company.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* To set up batches: booking materials on computer systems, bringing the batch materials on line, setting up batch information on printers
* To make adjustments to the filling process to ensure a consistent quality of filled strip production in compliance with the batch documentation and SOPs
* During production to monitor machine reject alarms, equipment state and quality of strip produced and take appropriate actions to remedy or escalate any problems;
* To perform In Process Control checks on a routine basis, take corrective action where results fall outside specification to ensure consistent quality of the manufactured strip
* To perform all daily/weekly checks and critical device challenges to ensure the filling machine and ancillary equipment operate within specification to ensure consistent quality
* To perform batch reconciliations and complete all batch-related documentation accurately, including use of company Information Technology systems
* Ensure that GMP Practices are adhered at all times.
* To dismantle, clean and reassemble the machine to required SOP standards and perform line clearances between batches to ensure there is no cross-contamination of product or materials to subsequent batches
* To replenish the filling lines with components and materials.
