GI Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a number of dynamic and customer-focused candidates to join their bar, restaurant and House keeping team. Successful candidates will need to thrive in the fast-paced world of hospitality in a front of house setting behind the bar within the restaurant and with housekeeping roles.
Front of house candidates we are seeking must be talented, customer service trained or experienced within a bar and restaurant environment and want to make a lasting impression on our clients guests.
House Keeping Candidates must be experienced in cleaning and turning round rooms to a high standard,
We want to hear from individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for providing top-notch bar service, and a positive attitude that shines through even in the busiest of moments.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Greeting and seating guests with a warm and welcoming attitude within the bar and
restaurant area.
* Taking orders accurately and efficiently, catering to guest's dietary preferences and special
requests within the bar and restaurant area
* Serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
* Providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and beverages.
* Handling payments and ensuring accurate billing.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation
* Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.




Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
* Training or experience behind a bar, front of house and House keeping
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and handle busy periods calmly.
* Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
