Location: Leicester

Pay: £16–£18 per hour (skills test dependent)

Hours: Mon–Thu 07:00–16:00, Fri 07:00–13:00

Overtime: Time and a half after 40 hours (Lots available)

Positions: 5

We’re hiring experienced Bench Hand Joiners to join a leading interior fit‑out specialist in Leicester.

You’ll be producing high‑quality bespoke joinery for luxury hotels, super‑prime residential and commercial projects.

Role Overview:

• Workshop-based joinery (95%), occasional travel to London for site work
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Using own hand and power tools
• Working with a wide variety of woods and bespoke door manufacturing
• Operating in a fast‑paced, quality‑focused workshop environment

Requirements:

• Proven bench hand joinery experience
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Must have own tools
• CSCS card beneficial but not essential
