Location: Long Eaton, NG10
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13.41 Per Hour

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group as we're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our prestigious client based in Long Eaton, NG10.
Shifts:
Monday to Friday
15:30-23:30

Role Details:
* Picking, packing, and dispatching garments (previous relevant experience required)
* Must maintain pace to achieve daily/hourly targets (approx. 200 garments per hour)
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
* Will receive cross-training across other warehouse functions as required


Key Requirements:
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
* Ability to work within a team
* Good organisational skills
* Able to use own initiative

Workplace Rules & Guidelines
1. Hoodies must not be worn; hoods must remain down inside buildings (fire safety requirement).
2. Good English communication skills are essential.
3. Strong numeracy and written skills are required.
4. Mobile phones may only be used during breaks or in emergencies (with manager notification).
5. Must demonstrate ability to pick up tasks quickly and work well both independently and within a team.
