Our Client based in Newbury, who have been established for over 25 years are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis due to continuous business growth.
Salary & Benefits
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients
Oversee daily operations and delivery of contracts
Provide support with general administrative e tasks within the Contracts department when required
Collaborate closely with the Managing Director
Confirm all costings are accurately completed before final invoices are issues
Produce monthly reports
Prepare detailed quotations for new business
Skills & Requirements
Experience within the Waste and/or Recycling Industry is beneficial, though not essential
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow both new and exciting accounts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Capable of multitasking and ability to prioritise
Excellent negotiation abilities and strong problem solving skills
Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
Highly results driven
Strong time management skills
Good IT skills in word, Excel,
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not essential
Driving licence required
