You'll be part of a business that delivers high quality engineered electrical products through complete in house processes - from initial concept design through to manufacturing, testing, and client delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical, collaborative setting and enjoys working closely with customers and internal engineering teams.

What You'll Be Doing

* Developing a strong understanding of internal electrical engineering systems, processes, and applications.
* Supporting the engineering team by producing detailed technical designs and contract specific documentation for electrical assemblies.
* Working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure electrical builds meet agreed specifications, quality standards, and safe working practices.
* Acting as a technical point of contact for customers, supporting clear communication throughout the lifecycle of each project.
* Coordinating procurement and purchasing activities with internal departments, ensuring correct materials and components are ordered.
* Compiling accurate engineering and project data to support timely invoicing.
* Representing the company in client meetings, technical discussions, and occasional out of hours activities following Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
* Managing engineering orders to ensure projects remain within budget, on schedule, and delivered to the expected specification and quality levels.
* Ensuring all work is carried out in full compliance with the company's Business Management System.

The Person
* Experience in electrical engineering, applications engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.
* Good organisational abilities with strong attention to detail.
* A proactive, solution focused mindset and a commitment to high quality engineering work.

What they Offer

* Exposure to varied and technically engaging electrical engineering projects.
* Clear progression opportunities across engineering, project delivery, or technical leadership.
* Competitive salary and benefits.
