CNC MACHINISTS WANTED – DERBYSHIRE & NOTTINGHAMSHIRE

Location: Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire (Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield, Alfreton, Ilkeston & surrounding areas)

Salary: £14 – £20 per hour (DOE + Overtime)

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent & Long-Term Contract Roles

Shifts: Days, Nights, Double Days, and Weekend Rotas Available

GI Pro is supporting a number of leading precision engineering and manufacturing companies across Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire who are expanding their CNC teams. We are now looking to speak to skilled CNC Machinists for immediate and upcoming roles – with competitive rates and permanent opportunities available.

We’re hiring for the following roles:

•            CNC Millers (Setter/Operators & Programmers)

•            CNC Turners (Setter/Operators & Programmers)

•            Manual Machinists with CNC experience

•            Multi-axis Machinists (4 & 5 Axis)

Experience with the following controls is desirable:

•            Fanuc

•            Heidenhain

•            Siemens

•            Mazatrol

•            Hurco

Candidate requirements:

•            Proven CNC machining experience (setting, operating, or programming)

•            Ability to work from technical drawings and inspect own work

•            A proactive and reliable attitude

•            Relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship (preferred but not essential)

•            Familiarity with tight tolerances and quality control standards
