We are recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a growing company based in Avonmouth. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, hardworking, and looking for long‑term progression.

Key Details

• Location: Avonmouth
• Hours: Monday to Friday
• Shift Pattern: Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00 Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00 (rotating weekly)
• Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Role Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift (valid, expired, or in‑house licences accepted)
• Picking and packing
• Goods In / Goods Out
• Managing racking and stock locations
• Occasional heavy lifting

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required
• Counterbalance licence (valid, expired, or in‑house)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good teamwork and communication skills
