PERMANENT POSITION

Skilled Welder required to join our client in Ripley. The role will involve mainly MIG welding and some TIG welding to produce high quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

•           MIG welding and some basic TIG welding

•           Producing products to a high quality standard and to technical specifications

•           Working with a variety of materials including aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel

•           Working to tight tolerances and specific measurements

•           Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications

Qualifications & Experience:

•           Proven experience in MIG welding: TIG experience would be a bonus

•           Apprentice trained, time-served or hold a relevant qualification

•           Fully conversant with engineering drawings and weld symbols

•           Confident working to BS EN ISO 3834 accreditation
