Job Title: FLT Driver

Shift Pattern: 12-hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + £2.50 per hour shift allowance for completed 12hr shift (£14.81/hour)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, fully licensed FLT (Forklift Truck) Driver for a prominent manufacturing site in Scunthorpe (DN15). The role operates on 12-hour rotating shifts, providing a competitive pay structure, including an enhanced shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of counterbalance or reach FLT (must hold valid, in-date license)
• Moving and stacking materials within the production and warehouse environment
• Loading/unloading vehicles and deliveries
• Supporting production by ensuring materials are available as needed
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures on site
• Completing relevant paperwork and stock checks as required

Requirements:

• Valid, in-date FLT license (counterbalance or reach truck)
• Previous experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred
• Flexible to work a rota covering days and nights (12-hour shifts)
• Reliable, with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

Pay & Benefits:

• Base pay £12.21/hour
