Driver – Ferrying Work | South Killingholme | £12.21–£13.23 per hour

GI Group UK is recruiting Drivers for ferrying operations with a leading automotive logistics client based in South Killingholme.

Role Overview:

• Location: South Killingholme
• Pay: £12.21 to £13.23 per hour shift dependant
• Shift Patterns: 7am-4pm, 12pm-9pm and 9pm-6am on a rotational basis based on site needs and role.
• Days: Site work Monday to Saturday so weekend availability is required
• Type: ongoing assignments based on site volume

Key Responsibilities:

• Ferrying: Relocating vehicles around the compound and transferring between compounds on the client site.
• Following instructions from team leaders on site to park correctly on-site.
• Walking is involved in this role due to working on the compound.
• Complete vehicle checks around each vehicle and report any issues

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (category B)
• Licence held for minimum 12 months +
• Up to 3 points on licence, subject to endorsement code
• 22 years of age and over due to insurance
• Confidence driving various vehicles (Electric, manual and automatic)
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliability and flexibility
• Own vehicle due to remote location
