We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative with a Flooring discipline, to join our clients Property Maintenance and Construction department.
About the Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) Role:
This role will involve:
- As a Multi Skilled Operative your role will be aligned to undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.
Your Experience:
Successful candidates will need:
- Floor fitting experience
- On-Site training, approximately 2 years
- Linked building skills to carryout Multi-skilled works
- Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively
- To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
- To understand risk assessments
- Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
- A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
