Working hours -8am-4.15pm Monday – Friday (30 minute unpaid break)
About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor production machinery, support assembly and line changeovers, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical skills and advance within a dynamic industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain efficient workflow
· Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
· Use hand and power tools for assembly and adjustment tasks
· Assist with line setup and changeovers
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace
· Support quality control processes by inspecting finished products
· Adhere to safety and operational protocols
· Work collaboratively to meet daily targets and deadlines
About You:
· Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
· Familiarity with hand and power tools; mechanical aptitude a plus
· Experience with assembly processes or production environments desirable
· Ability to read technical instructions is beneficial
· Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills
· Able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding setting
