Position: Yard Operative – Driver

Location: Stallingborough

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, between 6am – 6pm

Pay: From £12.41 to £32.27 per hour

Are you a reliable and experienced driver? GI Group is hiring Yard Operatives for an ongoing, full-time role with a leading client in Stallingborough.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely move vehicles within the yard and between sites
• Training will be provided for the use of Handheld Terminal Scanners
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before any vehicle movement for damage
• Accurately report findings to the shift leader
• Regularly get in and out of vehicles (role is physically demanding)

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Maximum of 3 points on licence (subject to endorsement code)
• Aged 22 or over (Insurance requirement)
• Good attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Reliability and strong work ethic
